How can I communicate with an agent about a SafeBytes product?

Where can i find my license key for my SafeBytes prdouct?
If you've purchased a license for a SafeBytes product like DriverAssist or TotalSystemCare, the license key can be found in your email. Please look through your email for a message from SafeBytes Support and you should find your key there. If you are not able to locate the email, please submit a ticket and we will email you your license key right away. Click here to submit a ticket.

Windows 7:
- Quit the program
- Click Start, Settings, Control Panel.
- Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
- Find and select SafeBytes program you want to remove in the program list.
- Click Remove.
- In the confirmation dialog, click Yes.
- Follow the further instructions.

Windows 8:
- Quit the program
- Click Start, Settings, Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel list, select Programs.
- Under Programs, click Uninstall a program.
- Right-click the SafeBytes program you want to remove and then select Uninstall.
- In the confirmation dialog. Click yes.
- Follow the futher instructions.

Windows 10:
- Quit the program
- Click the Start button. The start button is the Windows icon at the bottom left side of your desktop.
- Click the Settings icon. This takes you to the next window. The Windows Settings screen.
- Select Apps.
- Scroll down until you locate SafeBytes in the list. Click on it. This will cause the Uninstall button for the program to appear. Another separate dialog box will appear and remind you that the app and its related info will be uninstalled. Click the Uninstall button at the bottom right of the dialog box. The program will be uninstalled.
